You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges applied to your order by your jurisdiction. Kwok Limited reserves the right to cancel any order affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability and to issue a full refund for that order.
Shipping and Delivery
Kwok Limited ships to the addresses you supply at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the carrier assigned to your shipment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. You must inspect every package upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier and to Kwok Limited without delay.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Kwok Limited operates a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any eligible item within 14 days of the delivery date, and you are not required to state a reason for that request. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all attached tags intact. Footwear must be tried on indoors only. Items marked as final sale, intimate apparel, and gift cards are excluded from this policy. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once Kwok Limited receives and inspects your returned item, the refund is approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing and the arrival of funds in your account take at least 14 days from the date Kwok Limited approves the refund. This 14 days period is a minimum, and bank processing schedules may extend it. Kwok Limited does not issue cash refunds and does not issue refunds to a payment method other than the one used for the original purchase.
PayPal Refund Timelines
When you pay with PayPal, refunds are returned to your PayPal account. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date Kwok Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. You acknowledge that these timelines are controlled by PayPal and by the financial institutions in your region, and that Kwok Limited cannot shorten them.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will not be accepted. Your claim must include your order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the packaging. Kwok Limited will review each claim and will replace the item or issue a full refund, at the sole discretion of Kwok Limited.
Product Descriptions and Sizing
Kwok Limited describes every product as accurately as possible. Color representation depends on your display settings. Sizing follows the size chart published on each product page. You are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing your purchase.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use shoesnntj.com to submit false claims, to resell products under misleading representation, to scrape content, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the operation of the site. Kwok Limited may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on shoesnntj.com, comprising text, images, logos, and page design, is owned by Kwok Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify that content without written permission from Kwok Limited.
Limitation of Liability
Kwok Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of shoesnntj.com or from any purchase. The total liability of Kwok Limited for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
